Please provide the information requested on the form below. By submitting this registration form you agree with our Dog Park Guidelines and:

• Dogs that have shown signs of aggression won’t be approved. Registrations are subject to approval by a dog park board member.

• Owners will pay extra attention to un-neutered dogs.

• Members will follow the rules and guidelines of the dog park. Membership can be revoked if you and your dog do not adhere to park rules or your dog does not behave in a safe manner.

• Members will act respectfully and with common courtesy toward other dog owners. Physical altercations will not be tolerated.

• Town of Kingston, the Parks and Recreation Department, and the Live Free and Run Dog Park are not liable for any injury or damage caused by any dog or user of the Dog Park. Use of the park is at your own risk and you assume full legal and financial responsibility for yourself and your dog(s).
